With the experiences of 49 years in the Travel Industry I decided to own an Agency in 2012. My experiences include some of the following: First as a corporate agent, then a leisure independent outside sales agent and owning a professional content educational programming business. Ownership also involved our being the founders and pastors of a mission and outreach church for 17 years.

Our niche of our parent travel company is selling wine tours and wine cruises. Now, we have connected with our parent company's niche, selling sculpture cakes pairing with your at-home favorite wines.

One of my travel partners expressed the following about who are travel agents. The article said the following: "They are added value in destination planning. Whatever is perfect for you, the Travel Agent can use their expertise to guide the client to the adventure. Travel Agents will give customer advocacy, if the client at their destination should experience a problem."  We work to turn an emergency into a controlled situation. The training given to Travel Agents shall produce the expertise of Travel Advisors.
